Product Manager, Customer Experience

  • Employee #8 and 2nd member of Product Team.

  •  Worked on new product development efforts, most recently by launching Urban Compass Sales. Managed

    team of product designers and engineers in designing, building and launching desktop and mobile apps, as

    well as marketing, operations, press and legal to roll-out new product to public

  • Created and designed series of Neighborhood Guides, which became a leading traffic source for

    urbancompass.com. Managed three person team and oversaw all content creation, design, marketing and

    publishing aspects for guides

  • Collaborated with executive team to shape branding and marketing strategy from pre-launch throughout early

    stages of company, including designing social strategy, PR positioning, and brand voice and messaging

  • Lead UI/UX PM responsible for creating user flow, messaging and copy across online and offline

    components of consumer experience. Managed consumer research efforts with usability testing and customer

    interviews used to inform key product decisions, as well as data analysis through tools like Google Analytics

    and Mixpanel

Intern

  • Selected as co-lead of the Communications Professional Interest Group. Core duties consisted of designing a

    12-week curriculum on communications (press, media relations, etc.). Guest speakers included the Deputy

    Press Secretary, Director of Speechwriting, and Director of the White House Photo Office

 

Google

Display Account Manager, Media & Entertainemnt

  • Primary point of contact for ideating, pitching, and selling Search & YouTube custom sponsorships and

    engagement programs for Time Warner, Viacom and Warner Bro. Pictures ($5M+ per quarter). Most

    successful programs include Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows YouTube Global Livestream and Comedy

    Central’s Key & Peele “Angry Obama” viral video campaign

  • Collaborated with an Account Executive on high-level business development for all accounts, including

    negotiating and closing upfront commitment deals and determining strategy to grow revenue, resulting in

    67% YoY growth from 2010 - 2011

Product Marketing Intern

  • Created a series of six video tutorials entitled “AdSense 101” to serve as an on-boarding resource for new

    AdSense customers. Wrote scripts, recruited and developed talent, led production including securing studio

    space and filming resources, directed, and edited complete series of videos.

  • Selected from the Global Internship Program as Intern of the Year and awarded a $10,000 scholarship
